What happens at a first appointment?
It is an assessment, not a treatment. We measure range of motion, muscle strength, balance and how you walk, and record each as a number. These become your baseline, and you leave with a written plan covering your goals, a target for each one, and the recommended frequency.
What will it cost?
The first assessment is charged separately from treatment sessions, as it is longer and produces your baseline and written plan. Session fees are confirmed when you book. Message us on WhatsApp and we will give you the figure rather than a range.
Where is the clinic?
Message or call us and we will send you the location and directions. The clinic address will also be added to this page shortly.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you can book an assessment directly. If you have scans, discharge summaries or a referral letter, bring them. They save time and help shape the plan.
Can I be treated online?
Tele-consultation suits some situations and not others, depending on what needs to be measured and handled in person. Tell us about your condition and we will advise which option suits you.
How long will my recovery take?
Recovery varies from person to person, so we will not give you a timeframe before assessing you. Your plan carries a projected completion date based on your own baseline, and it is revised whenever your measurements change.
Who are the courses for?
Practising physiotherapists, BPT and MPT. Course pages state the level assumed and any prerequisites, so you can tell before enrolling whether a course is right for you.
Is the certificate recognised, and can it be checked?
Every certificate we issue carries an ID that anyone can verify on this site, an employer, a council or a colleague, with no login and no need to contact us.
How do I pay?
Online payment for courses, workshops and clinic balances is part of the platform being built. Until it is live, we will confirm payment options with you when you book.
