About the practice
Santulan means balance. It is both the name and the method.
A neurological event affects balance in every sense, physical steadiness, confidence, and your sense of where you are in your recovery. Rebuilding it is measurable work.
The idea
One practice that treats and teaches
Most practices either treat patients or teach clinicians; the two rarely meet. A clinic treats. An academy teaches. The courses are often written by people who are not running the technique on a real patient that week.
Neuro Santulan is built to be both. What gets measured in the treatment room is what gets taught in the course, and the clinicians who teach are treating the same conditions week to week. It keeps both halves grounded in real practice.
Why measurement
Why we lead with measurement
Neurological recovery is slow and non-linear. There are weeks where nothing feels different, and people often give up at exactly that point, not because they have stopped improving, but because the improvement is invisible without a baseline to compare against.
So the first appointment produces numbers, range of motion, strength on the manual muscle testing scale, functional tests, gait. Every review compares the new readings with the previous ones. Progress is visible when it is real, and a plateau shows up early enough to change the plan.
It is also the reason we will not quote you a recovery time before assessing you — an honest estimate can only follow your baseline.

The name
The name, and the mark
Santulan means balance, equilibrium, the state of being steady. The logo shows a brain weighed on a balance scale, with from instability to inner balance beneath it. The name, the mark and the method all express the same idea, which is what the practice is built around.
A range-of-motion sweep, and a stride lengthening. Both get a number.
The people
You should know exactly who is treating you
For anything medical, a checkable credential matters more than a paragraph about experience. This page will carry full profiles, name, qualifications as awarded, state council registration number, areas of clinical focus within neuro-rehabilitation, and what each person teaches in the academy where relevant.
We publish profiles only once they are verified, which is why none appear here yet. If you would like to know who would be treating you before you book, ask, and we will tell you.
