For patients
Rehabilitation that starts with measurement
Neurological recovery can be slow and hard to gauge. Measurement keeps it grounded: knowing exactly where you started lets you see what has actually changed.
Your first appointment
What happens at your first visit, in order
Your first appointment is an assessment, not a treatment. We do not decide on treatment until there are measurements to base it on.
- 01
We measure where you are now
We measure range of motion, muscle strength, functional tests and palpation findings. Each is recorded as a number, so progress can be tracked rather than guessed.
- 02
Those numbers become your baseline
These measurements form your baseline. At every visit, the new readings sit beside the previous ones, so change is visible at a glance.
- 03
A treatment plan with clear targets
Your plan sets out your condition, your goals, and a target metric for each goal measured against where you are now, along with the frequency, the techniques used, and a projected completion date.
- 04
A home exercise programme you can follow
You receive a home programme with a demonstration video for each exercise, plus sets, reps, frequency and precautions. You log what you complete, and we review your adherence with you.
- 05
The plan changes when the numbers do
At every review we recalculate progress toward each goal and adjust the plan, the treatment, your exercises, and your next appointment.
Range of motion, strength on the manual muscle testing scale, functional tests, gait. Each one a number you can compare against next month.

What we treat
Ask us about your condition directly
Rather than publish a long list of conditions and leave you to guess where you fit, we would rather tell you directly whether we are the right practice for you. Send the diagnosis, or describe what is happening, and you will get a clear answer, including if that answer is to see someone else.

Between appointments
Your plan, your exercises and your numbers, available between visits
Most rehabilitation happens outside the clinic. That part only works if you can see it.
Your treatment plan
Your condition, goals with a progress indicator against each target, and key metrics, pain level, strength grade, range of motion and functional score, shown as baseline, current and target.
Your home exercise programme
The full list with demonstration videos, sets and reps, and notes on precautions. Mark each session done and see your weekly adherence.
Progress you can see
Pain, strength and range of motion tracked over time with trend direction, plus a functional milestone checklist, walk pain-free, lift a given weight, return to sport.
Your records and documents
Assessment reports, progress reports, session notes and prescriptions, each downloadable, and shareable with another provider when you need a second opinion.
Appointments on your terms
Book, reschedule or cancel, with your reference number and a pre-appointment checklist. In-clinic or tele-consultation.
Direct contact with your therapist
Message the therapist treating you, attach a file, and request a callback, rather than relaying questions through a front desk.
The patient portal holding these is part of the platform currently being built. Until it is live, your plan, measurements and exercise sheet are provided in writing at each appointment.

Send this and we will get back to you to arrange a time. If you would rather talk, call or WhatsApp, someone reads those directly.
